What is the minimum for free delivery?
There is no minimum order for free delivery in the UK.
Do you deliver worldwide?

From 1st January 2022, unfortunately due to changes in border controls we will no longer be able to process orders outside of the UK on www.lindens.co.uk.

Do you offer a subscribe and save programme?

Yes, we offer a subscribe and save programme. On each product listing, we offer a service where you can subscribe and receive automatic deliveries, with a frequency choice of 30, 60 or 90 days. When you subscribe, you'll also save 20% off!

Please note: Subscribe and Save cannot be used in conjunction with our 4 for 3 offer.

How does the 4 for 3 Offer work?

You can leave a review on each product page under the tab called “Customer Reviews”. Enter your star rating, nickname, reason for purchase and comments.

I would like to retail Lindens supplements. Do you have a service for trade customers?

Yes, we do. You will need to meet one or more of the following criteria (note: we are not accepting applications for Amazon UK):

  • Have an established website
  • Are registered for VAT in the UK/EU/ROW
  • Have a physical shop, gym, health centre, pharmacy, beauticians, etc.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we do offer local pick up! At checkout, please select 'Pick Up' as the delivery service. Orders are usually ready to collection within 24 hours, but you will receive an email confirmation as to when your order is ready. at manufacturing facility does not have the capacity to allow for collections of our Food Supplements.


For orders for delivery, we have same day weekday dispatch for retail customers when you place your order before 2pm with free delivery and no minimum order.

How long does the food supplement take to work?

Food supplements generally have a cumulative effect.

Can I take more than the recommended dosage?

Please see the suggested dosage on the front of the pack. For further advice, please speak to your nutritionist.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Please see the table above for expected delivery times for orders placed by 1pm on a weekday. If your order has not arrived within the expected date, please check with your local delivery office.

If not there, send an email to info@lindens.co.uk with your order number and confirm your delivery address. We will investigate the issue and respond within 1 working day.

I have a question about the product that I cannot find on your product page. What do I do?

Our products are Food Supplements and all the information we hold is on the product page or on the product itself. If you are taking any prescribed medication or have any medical conditions always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamins or supplements.

Can you take my order by telephone?

We do not take telephone orders. The best way to order is through our website on lindens.co.uk.

I placed an order online but I am not sure if it has gone through. How do I check?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order when it has been placed. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox. If you did not receive an email confirmation, send an email to info@lindens.co.uk with your intended email address and time of date of placing the order and we will investigate. The simplest method is to create an account before you place your order and you can access your previous orders from within your account.

I have an error while placing an order, what should I do?
