Omega 3 Fatty Acids are the fatty acids found in oily fish. The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) serve important roles in the body, contributing to normal heart function, brain function and vision.
For this reason, it is often recommended that you should eat multiple servings of oily fish a week, but at Lindens we recognise that that isn’t always possible. Yes, we do offer local pick up! At checkout, please select 'Pick Up' as the delivery service. Orders are usually ready to collection within 24 hours, but you will receive an email confirmation as to when your order is ready. at manufacturing facility does not have the capacity to allow for collections of our Food Supplements.
For orders for delivery, we have same day weekday dispatch for retail customers when you place your order before 2pm with free delivery and no minimum order.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Please see the table above for expected delivery times for orders placed by 1pm on a weekday. If your order has not arrived within the expected date, please check with your local delivery office.
If not there, send an email to info@lindens.co.uk with your order number and confirm your delivery address. We will investigate the issue and respond within 1 working day.
I have a question about the product that I cannot find on your product page. What do I do?
Our products are Food Supplements and all the information we hold is on the product page or on the product itself. If you are taking any prescribed medication or have any medical conditions always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamins or supplements.
Can you take my order by telephone?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order when it has been placed. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox.
